ALBANY, MO (2011-08-04)

The board of Aldermen in Albany have made some changes to zoning in town.

The Aldermen adopted the recommendations of the planning and zoning board unanimously at this week's meeting. Among the changes are changing the classification for Hogue Lumber Company from low density residential to general commercial. Gage's fertilizer and grain went from a mobile home district to manufacturing district classification. And Allen Austin on Clay Street in Albany changed from low density residential to open space.
