Rulo Bridge

HOLT COUNTY, MO. (2010-08-23) Weather pending, work starts today on the New Rulo bridge on highway 159 in Holt County.

A span of more than a thousand feet is being built over the main channel of the Missouri river, the first of 3 projects that will create a new bridge next to the existing one. Traffic will remain normal on the existing bridge and highway 159 however Mo-Dot says some speeds may be dropped. The work is expected to be finished in the fall of 2012.
