HAMILTON, MO. (2010-08-10) The Missouri highway patrol says there will be no traffic-related charges filed after a woman jumps from a moving pickup and is killed.
But they say the case of 24 year old Tegan Edmundson is still being investigated by the patrol's drug and crime control division.
