ATCHISON COUNTY, MO (2010-08-27) Dove season kicks off the fall hunting season in Missouri, and the department of conservation is reminding hunters of the restrictions.

Dove hunters under 16 years of age would not have to get a permint. Those 16 to 64 years old will have to get two for the season. Atchison county conservation agent Eric Abbot says it's a popular season to Prepare for other foul shooting later in the fall. You can contact your local agent for more on the requirements this dove season.
