Chillicothe Check Fraud

CHILLICOTHE, MO. (2010-08-03) Chillicothe police are warning business owners about possible check fraud.

Police say three hispanic men are forgin payroll checks and cashing them at local business. The checks will appear to be from a local compnay and the suspects have generally been cashing the checks in the evening, police say. Business owners are asked to contact police if they witness the suspects attempting to cash payroll checks.
