ATCHISON COUNTY, MO. (2010-08-04) In Atchison County the Phelps City special road district proposition, which will add an additional tax levy of $0.35 per $100 evaluation for the next 4 years passed with a 69% majority.

The statewide proposition C also passed in Atchison County.
