Adult Education

Wayman

MARYVILLE, MO (2010-08-23) Children are not the only ones heading back to school.

Across Northwest Missouri adult education and literacy services are starting classes to help with reading, writing, and math improvement. Director of the program Linda Stevens says residents are realizing the value of the classes. Classes this year are in Maryville, Stanberry, Albany, Mound City, Tarkio, and Grant City. For convenience evening classes are being offered in the out of Maryville locations. You can hear more on the adult education and literacy program during our morning choice conversation that's at 11:06 this morning.
