ST. JOSEPH, MO (2009-08-21) The ribbon is cut on a massive new subdivsion in St. Joseph aimed at helping housing challenges there.

The Greystone Project is a 4 community project that includes more than 360 lots. It will offer a wide degree of home sizes and price points to open the options for those wanting to live in St. Joseph. It's also believed to be the first housing development to voluntarily ask for annexation into the city limits. The project is expected to be completed in 8 to 10 years.
