MARYVILLE, MO (2009-08-06) Students at Northwest Missouri State will get to attend the school's Performing Arts Series for free this year.

The rundown of the "Encore" series has been announced.

Five performances are scheduled, starting with a classical, jazz, and popular music concert on September 15th.

Other events include Irving Berlin's "I Love a Piano"…. "Street Beat", Guy Lombardo's Royal Canadians, and "Hairspray", which is the only performance in which students will have to pay a ticket price.

Single-show encore ticket prices for the general public start at 23 dollars.

The season runs through April 5th.
