CARROLLTON, MO (2009-08-21) The US Department Of Agriculture's Rural Development Program has approved The Town of Carrollton for a Grant and Loan.

Carrollton will receive a $1.9 million Grant and A Guaranteed Loan of just over $2 million. The funding will be used to improve The Wastewater Treatment Plant, The Pumping Station and The Distribution System.
