Buckhalter- Tassin Case

Nodaway County, MO (2009-08-27) Two people from Louisiana have pled guilty in connection with forgery and stealing in Nodaway County.

The two are Saxton Tassin and Samantha Buckhalter. Buckhalter was ordeed to serve a six year sentence in prison on each count with probation being denied via a Plea Agreement. Tassin's sentencing was scheduled for September 14, 2009. He was remanded to the custody of The Nodaway County Sheriff's Department until sentencing.
