All this week Maryville residents have been taking a stand against violence.

The university has been holding a series of community forums as part of "Enough is Enough" week. Destinee Biesemeyer helped organize a "Bystander Empowerment" workshop. She says everyone can get involved to help those being impacted by violence.

Today "Denim Day USA" a chance for community members to show they are taking a stand against violence by wearing denim.
