Broadband Now Meeting

The city of Maryville will host a town hall meeting to discuss bringing more broadband access to rural Missouri.

MO-Broadband-Now is an initiative started by governor Nixon that seeks to increase broadband accessibility across the state, especially in rural areas where access is lower. Arnie Kreek, economic development planner for the northwest Missouri regional council of governments says the Town Hall will provide citizens with more information about the initiative.

The Town Hall Meeting is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30th in the rear meeting room of the Holiday Inn Express located at 2929 South Main in Maryville.
