Bridge Reopened

Drivers around the Stanberry area now have another bridge back open.

Crews have finished upgrades on the Old Channel Island Creek Bridge, that's about a mile and a half south of Stanberry on Highway 169. The opening marks the 11th bridge upgrade in Gentry County under the state's Safe and Sound program. A ribbon cutting for the Old Channel Island Creek Bridge is scheduled for 12:30 on Monday.
