Maryville has a new mayor.

Ron Moss was re-elected to the council last week and last night, the city council voted to make him mayor. Moss has held the title previously and replaces Chad Jackson, who will remain on as a city councilman. Moss says his vision for the city deals primarily with economic development. Moss's term is for the next year.
