The man accused of shooting another last week in Burlington Junction is arraigned on the charges.

58 year old Bill Grace faces felony assault and felony unlawful use of a firearm. Last year he was convicted on felony marijuana charges. Last Thursday night Grace allegedly shot an acquaintance in Burlington Junction in the hand with a 12 gauge then fled to Nebraska, where he was arrested. The alleged victim refused medical treatment. During his court appearance yesterday morning Grace asked the judge for a reduction in his bail. That request was denied. Grace is set to be back in court early next month.
