TRENTON, MO. (2010-4-21) The Trenton City council has given the green light for nearly $200,000 in upgrades to city streets this construction season.

The summer street program includes spot milling, chipping and sealing, and using a hot mix overlay to improve about 40 streets and intersections this year around Trenton. Some of those streets include a lot of work on 7th as well as 24th streets. Others include most all of Oklahoma avenue, 2nd and 3rd streets from DeBolt to Ridgeway, 9th court from Olive to Grant and Olive street from 9th to 9th court, and the Crowder-Chestnut intersection.
