MARYVILLE, MO (2010-4-23) Our entire listening area could be under the gun the next several hours as weather experts predict the possibility of large hail and even a tornado.

Susanne Portion is a meteorologist with the national weather service in Kansas City and says a cold front forming along the Missouri and Kansas boarder should bring heavy rain and possibly severe weather to our area starting around 3 or 4 this afternoon. Forecasters predict the front will move rapidly across our region into eastern Missouri reducing the threat of severe weather around nightfall. As always you can keep it here to 90.5 and 88.9 FM for severe weather coverage.
