MARCELINE, MO. (2010-4-21) A grand jury has indicted a Marceline man on federal porn charges.
The US attorney's office claims David Russell Darr Jr. videotaped himself and a minor engaging in explicit conduct back in October. The twenty year old now faces one felony count of production of child pornography. That carries a sentence of up to 30 years in prison and/or fines of up to a quarter million dollars. The US attorney's office says both the Marceline police and the FBI office out of Kirksville helped with the case.
