Milan, MO (2009-05-14) Access to Greencastle and Green City remains closed today as power crews clear debris.

Sullivan County Emergency Manager Rick Gardner tells us Highway 6 running through both communities will be closed for some time.

He says today they're trying to help Milan area residents, even those who had no property damage get up and going. Gardener went on to say a 56 year old woman about four miles east of Milan was killed when her trailer was hit by the twister. He says there are reports of several roofs blown off and one barn was also destroyed in Sullivan County.
