Bedford, Ia. (2009-05-15) Bedford City Council members this week decided to change the hours the pool is open this summer.

The Bedford pool will operate from 1 to 7 each afternoon, with no closed break.

Admission is also going up after staying level the past several years.

The daily rate for the municipal pool in Bedford will be 2 dollars and the individual season pass of 85.

A family pass this season will be 110 dollars.
