Southeast Iowa congressman Leonard Boswell say the summer floods along the Missouri not only changed the landscape, it should change priorities of the Army Corps.
Boswell made his comments at a congressional hearing on the management of the Missouri which resulted in flooding long the river in several states. Boswell says he believes priorities need to be examined.
Preliminary estimates on the damage caused by the flooding is more than 2 billion dollars.© Copyright, KXCV
