18th Annual Women of Excellence Luncheon to be held June 20th

The St. Joseph YWCA will be hosting their 18th Annual Women of Excellence Luncheon to recognize women who make a difference in the communities they live in. CEO of YWCA, Tammy Killin,  says that they're excited to have St. Joseph native, Monique Holland, as the keynote speaker for the luncheon.

"She graduated in 1990 from Central High School and had a very successful basketball career.  She went on and was able to obtain a full scholarship to play basketball at the University of Alabama.  And then she continued to make that her career.  And what she's finally been able to attain is the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Auburn University in Alabama."

The luncheon is set for June 20 at the Civic Arena in downtown St. Joseph from 11:30a.m. - 1p.m.. For more information or to make a reservation for the event  visit ywcasj.org.
