Emergency Response group seeking volunteers for training exercise

Northwest Missouri State University will be the site of an emergency response excercise June 4 and 5 when the Missouri national Guard practices responding to a natural disaster that includes a building collapse.
In preperation for the excercise, residents may see army helicopters landing on the Northwest campus as well as increased military traffic on Highway 136 and Liberty Road. The Missouri National Guard Homeland Response force and Missouri Task Force 1 will also conduct search and rescue training on campus, in neighborhoods north of the campus and at the Mozingo Outdoor Recreation Area.
A company that specializes in facilitating disaster preparedness and response actions, Human Domain Solutions LLC, is seeking casualty role players to participate in the two day excercise.
Role players will receive wound make up and fake blood to portray various physical and emotional injuries during the rescue.
Role players should plan to arrive during early morning hours each day and participate no later than 5 PM.
Participation is open to all individuals, although priority will be given to people with previous role playing, acting, military and wounded warrior, or first responder experience. Due to the potentially stressful medical and decontamination processes, role players may not have life- threatening or serious medical conditions. To participate, you can visit work4hds.com/apply or you can contact Kurt Marisa at kurt.marisa@human-domain.com.
