Soft lockdowns announced in St. Joseph and Savannah schools

Two school districts are under precautionary soft lockdowns after threatening posts were made on social media. According to the St. Joseph School District facebook page, a soft lockdown is in place for Benton, Central and Lafayette High Schools as well as Hillyard, Bode, Truman and Mark Twain schools.
The Savannah School District has also announced on their facebook page a soft lockdown is in place due to threatening language posted on social media as well. Savannah's facebook post says as an added safety measure, Hillyard Technical Center will have increased police presence on campus to ensure the safety of students and staff and the St. Joseph School District also announced increased police presence on campus at the schools involved as well.
Both school districts are working with law enforcement to investigate the credibility of the post.
