Livingston County Sheriff's Office makes fugitive arrests

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office arrested a few most wanted fugitives. The Livingston County Sherrif's Office has been attempting to locate and arrest 31-year-old Joshua C. Caudill on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged felony forgery with bond set at $25,000 since January 8, 2019. On April 16, the Livingston County Sheriff's Office was able to talk with Caudill via phone and he ultimately agreed to surrender. He was arrested at a location in Wheeling, Missouri without incident. Officers also found and arrested 47-year-old Marshall C. Cordray on Livingston County arrest warrants for alleged class D felony possession controlled substance, class A misdemeanor receiving stolen property, probation violation for stalking 2nd degree for a total Livingston County bond of $16,000 and on a Jackson County arrest warrant for alleged failure to appear in court on an obstruction charge with bond of $8,600. During the Cordray incident, the Livingston County Sheriff's Office also arrested 49-year-old Nora Evans for alleged hindering prosecution. Evans was released on a citation to appear in court.  Cordray was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
