Catterson sentencing to take place Friday

Sentencing for a Maryville man found guilty in February of DWI death of another individual not a passenger is tomorrow afternoon in Nodaway County Circuit Court. After just under three hours of deliberation on February 16th, a jury found 22-year-old Alex Allen Catterson guilty of being under the influence of alcohol on January 7th, 2018 and driving his pick up into the front of the Palms Bar at 422 North Buchanan, resulting in the death of a 19-year-old Northwest Missouri State student, Morgan McCoy of Liberty, Missouri. Tomorrow's sentencing hearing is set for 1:30pm.
