Andrew County accident leads to serious injury

A crash in Andrew County yesterday ended with a man in serious condition.   According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by 72-year-old Amazonia resident, Kenneth Schmille, was southbound Route K in Andrew County, 2 miles south of Amazonia, when his vehicle travelled off the west side of the roadway and struck an embankment. Schmille was transported by Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph.
