The Nodaway County Historical Society in Maryville will host a coffee shop and bake sale for the holiday season from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the museum at 110 North Walnut Street. Nodaway County Historical Society Board member Melissa Middleswart says this is a great way to support the society.
"...the complimentary coffee and cocoa and homemade cinammon rolls. They can visit with their friends and then they can choose from some of the many bakesale goodies that we'll have for sale, all of which will support the Historical Society. We also have a lot of local historic books for sale, which are always for sale whenever we're open."
