Property & liability insurance approved at North Nodaway

The North Nodaway R-VI School District held their Board of Education regular meeting earlier this week. One of the items discussed on the agenda was to approve the property and liability insurance quote from M.U.S.I.C. for the 2019 calendar year. North Nodaway Superintendent Jim Simmelink says this is for any liability on site.

"....our property insurance...If a patron came in, stumbled on our property that would be the type of liability we'd be covered with that.  And then of course our property, that's also our insurance for our school buses, for our vans, for anything we have content-wise within our buildings.  That's everything included."

The next North Nodaway Board of Education meeting is scheduled for December 19.
