Nodaway County Deputies and Maryville Public Safety officers responded to a burglary report early Sunday morning north of Maryville.
The burglary was reported around 1:30 a.m. Sunday when a homeowner heard someone in his garage. His wife called 911 while he held two subjects at gunpoint waiting on law enforcement to arrive. Nodaway County Sheriff Randy Strong says law enforcement arrived shortly thereafter.
25-year-old Larry Miller of Quitman and 43-year-old Jarod Martin, Sr. of Maryville were arrested for burglary and tresspassing. They are currently being held in the Nodaway County Jail on no bond.
