A serious accident in Nodaway County left a Hopkins, Missouri man dead.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, just before 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17th , 39-year-old Brad Peve traveled over the center line of Missouri Highway 148 with his 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle. The bike struck the passenger side of 60-year-old Glenda Wetzel's Dodge Pickup. Peve traveled off the north side of the road and was ejected from the bike while Wetzel came to a controlled stop on the northbound lane shoulder.
Peve was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
