Chillicothe City Council Recap

The Chillicothe City Council met for their regular scheduled meeting earlier this week.
Items discussed during the meeting included the approval of upgrading the 911 radio dispatch, bonds for a possible new hotel coming to Chillicothe, and a new fire training center.
