Asian Stink Bug Migrates to the States

A stink bug from Asia is causing concern across the United States.

The Brown Marmorated Stink Bug has been found in forty-one states, including Missouri, and damages fruit, vegetable, and row crops.

Agronomy Specialist for the University of Missouri Extension Service, Wayne Flanary, says the insect looks different than other stink bugs and to bring it into the local extension office for confirmation if it is found.
