Northwest Missouri State University's Stress Less Fest is tonight at 6:00 p.m.
The event takes place during finals week at the end of every semester at Northwest. Sponsored by Wellness Services, Project HOPE, and Bearcat Peer Education, tonight event boasts yoga, massages, karaoke, finger painting, coloring games, and a visit by some therapy dogs.
Last spring, Northwest’s Stress Less Fest earned the Best Practices in College Health Award from the American College Health Association. The award recognizes exemplary, innovative and inspirational practices in one of four major areas of college health: clinical services, counseling services, administrative and consumer services, and health education and promotion services.
Spring Semester Stress Less Fest starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Station.
