A St. Joseph Summer tradition kicks off next month.
Parties on the Parkway is an annual series of outdoor concerts held at various locations along the 26-mile Parkway System in St. Joseph. The concert begins on the south end with country artist, Phil Vandel, on May 8, 2014.
Next on the schedule will be a Reggae, soul, and calypso act, Soca Jukebox.
