Women volunteers partnering with St. Joseph Habitat for Humanity during the seventh annual National Women Build Week are invited to learn key construction tips during an upcoming how-to clinic hosted by Lowe's.
The clinic, on how to use hand and power tools safely, will take place tomorrow from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., and interested parties can register for the clinic by calling Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Coordinator Rita Boyer at 816 279 2552.
Habitat for Humanity is a national volunteer organization committed to building homes for needy families, and Boyer says that Women Build Week is only one option for volunteers.
