St Joseph Pot Holes

The cold winter has left behind a number of problems on streets and roadways in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Potholes are a result of the contraction and expansion of pavement during freezing and thawing periods.
Public Information Officer for the City of Saint Joseph, Mary Robertson, says road crews are working hard to find temporary solutions.
