Interstate 29 Bridge Work

Traffic flow on Interstate 29 north of St. Joseph will be rerouted beginning next week.
According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, bridge work will take place on bridges over Dillon Creek and Route DD on Monday.
District Engineer for MoDOT, Don Wichern says the bridges are deficient and need to be replaced.

Wichern adds traffic on Route DD will also be affected.
Tuesday through Thursday of next week, motorists will be directed by a flagger on Route DD as work is conducted on the overpass.
