Daylight Saving Time Tips

Daylight Saving Time is just around the corner and problems can occur with children on a regular schedule.
Administrator of the Nodway County Health Center, Della Rhoades, says there are several ways to be proactive about the time change.

Other tips include waking children up Sunday at their normal time according to the new time.
Also, if your children take naps, regulate the napping according to the new time and don’t let them nap longer than normal.
Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday.
