Career Day

Northwest Missouri State University will host their annual Career Day Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Career Day gives students the opportunity to network with employer’s who are offering full-time positions, summer internships, and graduate school prospects.
80 plus employers will be in attendance at this year’s Career Day, representing a wide variety of industries and appealing to all majors.
“Straight Talk from Employers,” a new feature this year, will allow students to attend sessions which will cover topics such as resumes, the scale of professional success and social media, the new hire, and how to get your foot in the door.
Along with Career Day, Northwest will also offer the Graduate Information Fair which serves to give students an opportunity to visit with representatives from Northwest’s Graduate School. The Graduate Information Fair will take place at the north end of Bearcat Arena from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
