Rouch Arraignment

A 57 year old former Northwest Missouri State professor was arraigned in Nodaway County Circuit Court Division One yesterday afternoon.

Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice says Matt Rouch is charged with felony production of more than 5 grams of marijuana and possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana.

Rouch was orginally charged last fall after authorizes found a marijuana-growing operation in his home in Maryville while investigating a threatening Facebook message.
