St. Joe Police Video Upgrade

The Saint Joseph Police Department will see a revamp in their in-car video systems.

The SJPD made the change a few years ago to a wireless transfer system, which Sergeant Larry Stobbs says, helps when downloading video from one of the patrol cars.

The current video system allows the department to store footage for up to 30 days.

While this is efficient in most cases, Sergeant Stobbs adds the upgrade will allow longer storage time.

Stobbs adds an in-car camera system is always a benefit to a department.
