The board also discussed the Missouri Model Superintendent Evaluation, which is an outcome based model that the Missouri School Board Association put together.

The newly changed model consists of a series of tests that suggest what the evaluation should look like.

David Brax says the board's homework is to study the evaluation during the spring months, so they can discuss the training included at each board meeting during the next four months.
