Rouch Preliminary Hearing

The Preliminary Hearing for a 57 year old former Northwest Missouri State University professor was held yesterday in Nodaway County Circuit Court Division II in front of Judge Glen Dieterich.  According to Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney, Robert Rice, Matt Rouch was charged with the felony production of more than 5 grams of marijuana and possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana.

Rice says Rouch's arraignment is scheduled for February 3rd at one o'clock.  Rouch was orginally charged last fall after authorities found a marijuana-growing operation in his home in Maryville while investigating a threatening Facebook message.
