Puppy Kidnapping

A series of disappearances of dogs is being reported in the Albany area.
The Albany Animal Control is on watch after a white van has been spotted in the vicinity the dogs have gone missing.
Animal Control Officer, Marcia Adams, says there are several motives that could be behind the kidnappings.

Adams urges dog owners to keep a close eye on their animals.

The white van is described as a plain, white van of an older model with no markings. The van has no windows other than the driver, passenger and windshield.
Adams adds, Albany is not the only town experiencing the disappearances.

Once again the van is described plain, white of an older model with no markings, missing the back windows.
