Flu Vaccine

With the cold and flu season in full swing it's not too late to get flu vaccinations.
Limited vaccines are currently available at the City of Saint Joseph Health Department.
Clinic Nurse Supervisor with the health department Connie Werner says flu vaccinations are the best way to protect against the virus.

Werner adds those who are currently ill with a moderate to severe illness should wait until they recover to get vaccinated.
The Saint Joseph Health Department is open Monday through Friday at 904 S. 10th Street.
Flu vaccinations are available from 8-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
