Burglary Sentence

A Maryville man found guilty of burglary in the 2nd degree faces three years in prison.

Scott Thomas Breshears, along with Issac Fox, Ronald Beason and Rita Ferriss entered a building near Hopkins in Nodaway County and stole scrap metal, tools and other items. Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice says they were caught, apprehended and prosecuted for burglary.

Breshears was sentenced to prison with the Missouri Department of Corrections with placement in the Shock Incarceration Program. Fox has already been sentenced and allegations are still pending for Beason and Ferriss.
