A wheat study reports high yields at Missouri test sites.
The study, conducted by the University of Missouri Extension helps farmers pick what seed to plant in the fall. The highest yielding location was Trenton, Missouri with the Northwest area averaging 81 bushels. University of Missouri Extension Research Associate for the variety testing program Howard Mason says their main goal is to provide unbiased yield information for farmers.
