Cameron Missouri Veterans' Home provides services for disabled and otherwise without support veterans. According to Parker, the Cameron Veteran's Home is federally funded, but they do not have the funding for transportation. The new van will be used to take veterans to different places in the community, including doctors appointments and every day errands. The pancake breakfast will be held at the Legion building in Conception Junction on Sunday, August 11th from 7am to 11:30am. The breakfast is open to the public for goodwill donations. The Menu includes pancakes, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy, as well as juice and coffee. For more information, contact Don Parker at 660-944-2408.
